| Do you provide
photos of lots? |
| Yes, all of our lots have pictures for your convenience. Once you have selected the sales
event and category of interest, click on the "Lot number" to the left or the "Camera" icon. Clicking on this icon will bring up a detail page of the
lot including a minimum of one picture. Photos of lots are provided to aid in the description of an item, when available we recommend actual physical
inspection of the property by the buyer.

Can I look at the items up for bid? |
| All sales have scheduled preview dates and/or times
posted at the beginning of every auction event. It is your responsibility to inspect the items
and ask any questions necessary prior to bidding. To view them go to the
Auction Calendar page and click on the auction of your choice.

| Once you have selected the sales event of interest, all the details will be listed on the

Can I automatically increase my bid? |
| Yes, our system is setup to automatically bid on your behalf in an attempt to make you the
winner. To place a Max bid, you enter the highest amount you are willing to pay for the item . Once the auto bid has been placed, every time another
bidder places a bid, the computer will automatically bid the proper increment for the item until the CURRENT BID price surpasses the auto bid price
you entered in the bidder box. You will be notified via e-mail when your auto bid has been exceeded by another bid.

listed as 7 p.m. CST, but the lot stayed open well past that time. Why didn't the auction close at the specified time? |
| Per our terms and conditions, an Auction Event will remain open for
up to ten minutes following the last bid. A timer counts down the last minutes
of an auction and displays them on the screen. Use your refresh button to update

| What charges in
addition to the bid amount will I incur? |
| The final invoice will reflect all applicable charges including: Your final bid amount, the
buyer's fee/premium, and applicable sales tax. These will also be stated in each

| What is a buyer's
fee/premium? |
| The buyer's fee or premium, a common industry practice, is a surcharge on the total
of all items won. The detail page of every auction event will mention the buyer's fee/premium in effect. Back to the Top |
| Do I have to pay
sales tax? |
| On some auction, Yes. The detail page of every auction event will mention if sales tax will
be collected. If the items you are bidding on are for resale, please provide us with a copy of your resale exemption certificate. If one is not
provided and found to be in order, you will be charged sales tax for that sale.

| I am a reseller in
my home state but not a registered reseller outside the state. Am I exempt from sales tax? |
| In most states, the out-of-state resale certificate is acceptable and the sale is considered
exempt. Keep in mind that not every state accepts another state's resale certificate and we must comply with the rules of the state where the property

| How do I know if I
won? |
| All winners will receive an email after the auction closes. In the email it will list the
items that you were the high bidder on. You can also return to the auction and
enter your bidding number and password to review your bids. Once the auction is

| How will the
winner be determined in the event of a tie? |
| On the occasion of a "tied" bid, despite whether the bid was accepted as a phone in bid or a
online bid, the lot in question will be awarded to the individual whose bid was received earliest. A time stamp recording is kept of all Internet
Auctions and Bidding/Time activities and transactions.
Bid At Sold Now will make all

| How do I receive
an invoice? |
| All invoices are
emailed out to you at the address you stated when you registered. Please be sure
it is the correct address and you have added our email address to your "Safe
Senders List" so your ISP does not send it back. Emails that are repeatedly

How do I arrange for pickup? |
| There are three options. First, you can pick up
the items yourself, or you can arrange
for a third party to pick up the items for you or you can have us ship it out to
